Facility
We are located in Idaho State, situated Harbor Place in Coeur d'Alene.
Our Network Foundation: Imbris is directly connected to a 45 Mbps DS-3 backbone. Our equipment is top of the line CISCO hardware and the facility has a fully functional network operations center for safe and comfortable equipment co-location.

We watch over each customer's service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, monitoring performance and watching for service outages. We maintain an active liaison with technical representatives from each of the carriers we employ; this bi-directional flow of information allows us to proactively tune our services to provide our customers with the highest quality Internet connections possible. On the rare occasions when carriers do encounter problems, our long-standing relationships with their technicians work to our customers' benefit in securing immediate response and resolution.
In combination, this monitoring and our redundant Domain Name Servers allow us to guarantee better than 99% uptime to our customers.
