High Tech Communications Sales position. Must have Internet experience and excellent people skills. Primary responsibilities: This position is responsible for achieving or exceeding revenue quota for the assigned account territory. The Corporate Representative acts as the main day to day customer contact throughout the sales cycle to ensure effective integration of sales activities. This position performs and drives sales activities on key Imbris accounts including account prospecting, account profiling, and identifying and documenting sales opportunities. It also works with partners to influence Imbris customer service purchase decisions to insure Imbris’ service prominence in the account communication infrastructure. It also assists with account opportunity activities with the partners, and orchestrates follow-up sales activities with the partners (i.e. presentations, demonstrations, and other on site involvement in the account), to insure that the partners' time is optimized. Assists with and drives partner engagement activities with CPs (Channel Partners). Duties include: identification of partner opportunities, communication to the partner engagement team re: account needs/requirements, and identification and selection of the appropriate partner to link to the account. Drives and manages the product evaluation process with the customer. Drives product evaluations and insures the account is educated on the evaluation process and has access to the appropriate resources. Engages the appropriate technical support as appropriate. Assists with and drives closure for service agreements with customer. Utilizes the appropriate resources to close service agreements with the account. The account rep will assist the Partner in closing Select agreements. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: College or equivalent work experience, minimum three (3) years related sales experience (five years preferred); demonstrated sales skills including a proven ability to initiate heavy telephone activities and address customer issues to yield sales revenue; excellent organization, communication and independent workload management skills.
