DSL Requirements

Here's a general rule of thumb. While even a slow system gets a tremendous boost in Internet performance from DSL, a faster system processes incoming content quicker for even better performance. Our recommendation? Make the most of DSL speeds with a newer Windows, Macintosh, or Linux system.

Imbris will assist you in contacting your local telephone company to determine if your phone line is DSL capable and in ordering your DSL circuit.

* This is simply your ordinary networking card for connecting to a LAN. If your PC or Macintosh doesn't have one, network interface cards are available at most computer stores and are easy to install.

** At times there are promotions that offer free DSL modems. Please check with our Sales Department at the time of your inquiry to determine if such a promotion exists when you place your order.
