Credit Card Purchases
Today's technology has opened up a whole new spectrum of benefits for Internet consumers. There is an abundance of opportunities to purchase items online by simply using a credit card. Making credit card purchases over the Internet is no less secure than reading your credit card number to a sales representative over the phone or handing your card to a waiter who disappears with it into the back of a restaurant.
Although Internet credit card theft requires sophisticated equipment and can only be done by a few skilled computer users, it is important for you to use discretion when providing personal or financial information over the Internet.
Protection for children
Many Imbris customers are concerned that their children will encounter material on the Internet that is not appropriate for young children. The vast majority of Web sites are safe for all ages, but some things are not suitable for everyone. So what can you do to protect your children?
You can use one of many good software solutions that guard against children encountering objectionable online content.
